Getting the Most:

Allowing us to be able to enter each room without interruption is a big benefit for us both. It's also helpful that each area we're to clean, the lighting is good. Counters, sinks, tubs and even floors free from clutter too, which will allow us to spend our time cleaning instead of moving and picking up and putting things back.

We also hope there will be no people in ALL the areas we're to clean, since we work on a trained format. When people are in the way of this, the service most likely will be effected in the quality.

In the warm months, we ask that the air is on. When it's hot, production is much slower which doesn't change the timing format; so quality will again most likely be reduced. (In reality, to get the best cleaning year round, it's suggested to have a chill in the air for us to work in.)

We also would like to be able to listen to our radio (which we carry), without feeling it's disturbing anyone.

We welcome notes, should you have any concerns. Our cleaning is considered general cleaning, so at times, some customers may think something we categorized as 'extra' is apart of the normal cleaning. Please read our Policy / Info page to see what we commonly do, and what we don't provide.  We look forward on you giving us a try or if you are, please know our desire is to hear from you anytime, regarding anything good or not so good.

Doing What We Do Best...
As said, we really like what we do, and after all somebody has to do it. Our 21 plus years in business has blessed us to be able to determine an estimate on cleaning your home over the phone; the initial cleaning. Then, upon leaving your home, we'll leave paper work behind, which includes what the cost will be on a regular visit (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

If our estimate falls short, we'll contact you or leave a note on
why, as well if our quote was higher than expected a credit
towards the next cleaning, or a check will be mailed.

The second cleaning on is often as much as $90-180.00 less.

Q: Your fee to clean my home is higher than the cleaning lady my neighbor has. Why is that?

A: Most likely for starters, the cleaning lady your neighbor hired doesn't have insurance or reports the income to the IRS as income. Therefore she/they could charge a very low fee for their service.
Having a private cleaning person is just as risky as having no car or home owners insurance. Remember you get what you pay for (i.e. reliable, trustworthy, experience, security, etc.), and what you think you're saving now can result in costing much more later. Our charge for service includes us being reliable, trustworthy, experienced and honest, and again we're insured and bonded and all income is reported and taxed. Not paying taxes on income is braking the law too! There are lot's of horror stories customers have shared with us in hiring private house cleaners.
Q: What can I expect from hiring your service compared to calling the others?

A: A complete professional cleaning.  We train our staff to clean our way, not their own, and having our process in place has allowed us to carry on long term customer business relationships since satisfaction is being achieved.  We don't send a lawyer to do a doctors job (metaphor), is what we tell people about who we send on doing the cleaning.

Q: Who's coming into my home / office?

A: We are really picky on who we hire, as well the customers we work for. All staff is back ground check and interviewed by a few managers to filter and prayerfully seek.  We also don't work for just anyone, making it so our staff enjoys their day job.  None of our staff smoke, or has a record of stealing or behavior that removes 'complete' trust in who they are. In all our years, we have never had an issue that puts anyone (the customer or staff) in harms way.

Q: Are you bringing other peoples germs to my home?

A: Great question!  No. Our cleaning measures that are in place are rather protective. We don't use the same rags/cloths at each job, and our sponges are soaked in disinfected solutions and rinsed. Our vacuums have commercial filtrations and all of our products are clearly marked. We also wash our hands and gloves after each job. We do not service a job where there is human or animal waste, garbage or bugs too. In all our years, we have yet to experience any health issue concerns.

Q: What happens if I am not happy with a cleaning, do you have a guarantee of some sort?

A: We will do what is properly correct. In our world, sadly there are people that claim their unhappy for suspicious reasons. However, our experience has given us insight on what's honest and not, and we will fix those that are realistic concerns and call the others what they are. Our hope is to have a great business relationship with all, and welcome dialog concerning our cleaning and your concerns.

Q: What would you like me to know you by, besides whom cleans my home/office?

A: Well, we guess first dedicated on offering you exactly what you wanted in your cleaning expectations, from a reliable business with high standardsWe love what we do and we're not just saying that.
Q: Okay, I'd like to get started. What next?

A: Give us a call so we can talk about your application in detail.  We'll give you an estimate over the phone for the first cleaning, then leave behind after the first cleaning a package of information which will include the cost on having us often from there on out.   We don't work under any contracts, and you can have us do a one time cleaning or every so often cleaning, so it doesn't matter; have us when and as often you need us!

The first cleaning can vary on the cost, based on the answers to our questions.

Thank you for taken the time to read this page, and we very much hope to hear from you!
