Office Cleaning:

Thank you for considering having us clean your office,

and we look forward on it being a long lasting business

relationship if we are granted to clean for you.

As mentioned, we do not work under a contract, freeing you our customer from having to keep our service if it's not working out for you, or us for that matter.   However, we do ask that we receive a 30 day notice on any canceling to avoid a fee of 25% of what you are billed for, for that last minute canceling. We will respect the same in way of letting you know if we must cancel.

On accounts that require us just for one cleaning, we request payment before the completion.

Billing is sent out for the month coming, on the 17th, and due by that 17th of that next month. Any payments after the 17th will endure a $25.00 late fee.  This way we both extend credit to each other of

15 days.

We commonly clean after 5:30PM M-Thur, however if your cleaning falls on a Friday evening or over the weekend, the cleaning can be completed anytime between 5:30PM Friday to Sunday evening before Monday morning. 

If a time needs to be set, please let us know.  Weekend billings are dated for that Saturday, even if the cleaning was completed Friday evening or Sunday. Each account will be inspected and managed by the same manager each visit.
